100% recommend! We stopped in unexpectedly as we were driving across PA. Frank was accommodating, helpful and got us back on the road in an extremely timely manner. We left trusting that our car was in good repair and we were safe to continue on our way. Excellent customer service!!!

I came into the Lehigh Street shop this morning unscheduled to possibly get my tire repaired. Frank and his staff took care of me immediately! Can’t thank them enough for their help on such short notice. Everyone was friendly and professional and I’m telling everyone in the area, this is the place to go for your tire and car needs; job well done!

Extremely professional and always looks out for their customers. I came years ago with my first car before moving. Got my new car and did dealer service, but ended up going to Kost for second opinion. Kost has given me new tires, did a differential flush, new wheel bearing, a lot of different services. Not only did they give me better rates and discounts, my car was taken care of better than the dealer. I moved out west so no longer am able to get my car serviced at Kost, but love this business and I felt like I was really taken care of by the employees!

I had an excellent experience at Kost Tire on Lehigh Street in Allentown. The team here really stands out for their knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand exactly what my car needed without any pressure. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, which is something I truly appreciate. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines quality service with honest pricing. What impressed me most is their commitment to their customers. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure you leave satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

So I had an appointment at 10 o’clock this morning and my car got pulled in at 10:17. Two hours later I’m trying to figure out how I’m still sitting there waiting for my car when I only got four new tires and an oil change. I walk in and see that my car is in the first bay and both of my rear tires are still off. They go in and check and tell me that he only has one more tire to do still baffling cause it’s been over two hours. We’re going to close to three hours now when my car gets pulled out and parked in front of the door. I go in. I pay close to $800 for the service. go back out to my car and realize that all four of my rims are scratched. Clearly from the equipment that they use. My husband did tires for almost 6 years and he knows exactly What had happened. What I don’t understand is that if you knew that it was scratching the wheel wouldn’t you stop at the first wheel and adjust it or fix it before you move onto the other three wheels? Why damage all four. Then I had to wait for the manager to come back from his run for him to come out take pictures of my wheels of it myself and another person that was inside had already done. He told me he had a wheel man that could fix it
